Our Fig Fitness facilities house over 2,000 square feet of training space. This includes our main gym, a Spinning/Pilates Reformer room, a free-weight room and a group fitness studio.

Top of the line Nautilus equipment fill our main gym along with stationary and recumbent bikes, elliptical machines, and mounted TVs. Certified trainers and instructors guide you through a selection of classes for all fitness levels. Check out our fitness schedule for a list of current classes!

Other amenities include dry saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms, small and large lockers available for yearly subscription,
massage therapy, and personal fitness instruction.

• Weight Room use is limited to members, ages 14 or older.
• Banging or dropping weights is prohibited.
• Proper attire is required, including shirts and athletic shoes
• Other than water, no food or beverage is permitted.
• Please use headphones with personal sound systems.
• Check with others working out before changing TV stations
• Set cell phones to vibrate and step outside for phone conversations
• Please refrain from working out in the weight room when ill
• All equipment must be wiped down and return to its original location after each use
• Please return used towels to the drop slot at the Member Relations Desk
• No abusive language or behavior

Here at Fig, we are always excited to provide the best personal fitness opportunities. We offer
Ballet Fit, Circuit Training, Boot Camp, Cardio Fit, Cycle Circuit, High Fitness, Pilates (Mat),
Spin & Pump/Core, Tabata, Yoga, Zumba, and TRX Training during our normal sessions.

Cameron is a certified personal trainer and has been perfecting his trade over the course of a decade. Cameron has studied with and under collegiate, professional, and Olympic strength coaches. He offers strength training programs that are personalized to your strengths and weakness physically, as well as, specific to your predominate brain chemistry. He is a certified Metabolic Analytics Practitioner with the ability to access your hormonal profile based on a 14 cite skin fold system.
